As LifeSolutions' Medical Director, Dr. Stile, a psychiatrist with specialized expertise in substance abuse and EAP, functions as part of the leadership team to ensure best practice EAP service delivery. He provides both individual and group consultation and training to the clinical team as needed consultation to the senior leaders, and reviews all policies and procedures.
Dr. Stile earned his medical degree from the Stritch School of Medicine at Loyola University Chicago.
Director of Quality, Operations, and the National Service Center
Ms. Clark manages the day-to-day operations of LifeSolutions, oversees quality and is a member of the UPMC WorkPartners team responsible for integrated service delivery in absence management, health management, workers compensation and on-site clinics.
She has worked in the employee assistance field for 14 years and has extensive experience in the psychiatric assessment of child/adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. She previously served as a research clinician, specializing in the assessment of personality disorders and the treatment of anxiety disorders.
Ms. Clark earned her master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling from the University of Pittsburgh. She is certified employee assistance professional (CEAP).
Clinical Manager, National Service Center
Mr. Dillensnyder currently supervises the National Service Center and manages EAP outreach services to employees who are using short-term disability and those who are on family medical leave.
Throughout his 36 years of clinical and management experience, he has worked in a variety of public and private behavioral health settings as a psychotherapist, supervisor, program manager, and clinical director.
Mr. Dillensnyder earned his master’s degree in social work from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a licensed clinical social worker.
Senior Director
Sandra Caffo has more than 25 years of experience delivering employee assistance program (EAP) services and providing management and organization consultation to corporation, academic institutions, and non-profits. She has focused on providing effective change management systems and encouraging leadership development through executive coaching, as well as addressing challenging workplace issues such as burnout and staff engagement.
As senior director of LifeSolutions, Ms. Caffo leads a staff that delivers EAP services to more than 200 employer groups. Ms. Caffo provides leadership coaching and organization consultation for LifeSolutions’ diverse set of clients.
Ms. Caffo has presented at EAPA, the employee assistance program field’s annual international conference, authored an article on ethics for an international journal, and written articles for Smart Magazine, including how an EAP supports successful leadership and addressing partner violence, a hidden cost to the workplace.
She earned her master’s in social work from Wayne State University and her bachelor’s degree in social work at the University of Dayton. She is licensed in social work and marriage and family therapy, and is a certified employee assistance professional (CEAP).
Clinical Director
Mr. Cohen supervises the clinical work of LifeSolutions. He consults with senior leaders and management across a diverse customer base and assists individuals and groups in becoming more successful in the workplace. A current area of focus is working with physicians to support effective communication across multiple groups impacting patient care. He also helps employees and their family members deal with a broad range of challenges faced in today’s world.
Mr. Cohen has more than 20 years of EAP experience, including 16 years as a program director. He has worked in various clinical settings, including a family services agency, a community mental health center, and an adolescent psychiatric hospital.
Mr. Cohen earned his master’s degree in social work from the University of Pittsburgh and is a licensed social worker.
Manager, Account Services
As the Manager of Account Services, Ms. Kolski-Andreaco is in charge of marshaling LifeSolutions’ resources on behalf of customer companies, including the coordination of consultation services for managers at all levels and to organizations. She also coordinates training for LifeSolutions. Her areas of expertise are in executive leadership, coaching and the field of social intelligence.
Prior to coming to LifeSolutions, Ms. Kolski-Andreaco led organizations as either an executive director or senior manager in the health care and human relations fields for over 25 years. During that time, she was also a management and organizational consultant for nonprofits, family businesses, and the service industry.
Ms. Kolski-Andreaco earned master’s degrees in both social work and urban and regional planning from the University of Pittsburgh. She has also completed 20 years of post-graduate study in family systems theory and therapy.
