If your company has purchased our Personalized Concierge program, LifeSolutions legal consultation service can provide a referral to an experienced local attorney. A WorkLife specialist will take a brief assessment of your legal concern and situation, then connect you with the appropriate legal service.

Features of the legal consultation program include:

• A telephone or in-person meeting with a local attorney for a free 30-minute consultation. Our Legal Consultants will contact local lawyers to verify availability and to alert them that the client may be calling.
• The legal consultant will work with the client to objectively assess the situation, create an action plan, and provide the knowledge and tools to implement that plan most effectively.
• If you choose to retain a lawyer, there is a 25% discount on the lawyer’s fees. This does not include any other fees incurred (such as court fees).
• Also available is our Integrated ID Recovery service, which helps employees quickly recover from identity theft and learn how to avoid it in the future.
