How do I join the LifeSolutions network?

First, download a LifeSolutions application. Then complete the application, attach the required documents, and mail them to the address indicated on the application. The LifeSolutions credentialing department will review your application. The process takes approximately two to three weeks.

When working with clients, how much paperwork is required?

LifeSolutions strives to keep paperwork to a minimum. You will be asked to submit Case Opening, SPS-6, Case Closing, and Reimbursement forms at the completion of each care episode.

What are your reimbursement rates?

The fees that LifeSolutions pays to affiliate providers are based on the market rate, which varies by area. Session reimbursement fees will be specified in your affiliate provider contract.

How quickly will I be reimbursed?

We pay our affiliate providers every two weeks.

Whom should I call if I have a question regarding a client case?

You should call the LifeSolutions' National Service Center at 1-800-647-3327 and speak to an experienced Care Manager who will discuss the case with you. We also have a confidential after-hours voice mailbox where you can leave a message and receive a call back the next business day.

How many employees does LifeSolutions provide service to?

We are adding new companies and affiliate providers to our nationwide customer list regularly.
